This farm in Colonia Espanola is 10 acres of farmland which  hasn't been farmed in many years. The soil is good, and currently  most of the property is being used as pasture. There are a lot of  vineyards and orchards in the area, some of them spectacular.

The farm is down the road from the Estancia El Globo -- the huge and impressive vineyard and olive operation partially owned by the ex-president of Argentina.
